NOTICE OF CONTINUED PROCEEDINGS
The Zoning Hearing Board of Liberty Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July 6, 2023, commencing at 6:00 P.M., for the purpose of conducting continued proceedings at the Liberty Township Municipal Building, 39 Topper Road, Fairfield, Pennsylvania 17320.
The purpose of the continued proceedings before the Zoning Hearing Board of Liberty Township is for the consideration of the evidence presented at a hearing held on May 24, 2023, and for the Zoning Hearing Board to render a decision on an Application for Variance to the Zoning Hearing Board, filed by George F. Wilders, relative to certain adjacent real properties located in Liberty Township with designated street addresses of 201 Harbaugh Valley Road and 203 Harbaugh Valley Road, Fairfield, Pennsylvania 17320, and identified respectively, as Adams County Tax Parcel Identification No.: 25A18-0009---000 and Tax Parcel Identification No.: 25A18-0009B---000. The real properties, which are the subject of the zoning hearing, are owned by George F. Wilders and Leona M. Wilders, husband and wife, and are zoned by Liberty Township to be within a Conservation (C) District, as designated pursuant to section 350-108 of the Liberty Township Zoning Ordinance.
